Please note: 

The registration fees cover two coffee breaks and two light lunch breaks. 

A welcome reception on April 19 will take place in the foyer of the conference venue. 

A social dinner on April 20 can be purchased during the registration process -

* The European Federation of Animal Science (EAAP), the American Society of Animal Science (ASAS) and the European Grassland Federation (EGF) have agreed to offer a reduced fee to participants interested in attending both consecutive scientific meetings:

The two events will also be linked by a two-day technical tour in the Azores, scheduled in the period between the two meetings.
Participants may choose to attend only one of the congresses or both, benefiting from the discount applied to the combined registration.
Registration for the technical tour is independent and optional.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by 15 January 2026 are entitled to a 50% refund, less administrative fees.
Cancellations received after 15 January 2025 – no refund shall be due.
All refunds will be made within one (1) month after the end of the event.
Refunds will not be processed if a Visa Application has been refused by an Embassy/Consulate Office.

Disclaimer regarding the use of images of the participants to the meeting
As a registered attendee of the conference/workshop, you are aware that EAAP is allowed to:
– use your image in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications and presentations, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration to assure the recording of the meeting;
– edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photograph or video for promotional purposes of EAAP or for any other lawful purpose;
Moreover, you are also aware that these materials are property of EAAP and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy wherein your image appears.
